We are a small family-owned business that has been country cookin’ and grillin’ by Mama and family since 2001. During a vacation, we joked around about owning our own BBQ restaurant. Knowing that action is the most important part of an idea, we immediately opened a small place in the metro east. What a ride!

We are well known for our crispy snoots, meaty rib tips and something magical called the “Cooter Comeback Sammich” but our cakes are quickly climbing the ladder for the top spot.

We absolutely love being a part of so many holidays and celebrations throughout the metro east. Catering some of the best occasions is a highlight in our business but we equally love our friends stopping by the drive through to get a sammich. We feel our family gets bigger every day.
